Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can reserve a tour with A-Train up to 6 hours prior to tour start date. Tours are not available to book same day from 12.00pm EST. You may try calling us if you are trying to book after that time and if there is last minute availability we will accept your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your tour with A-Train within 24 hours of booking time or up to 30 days before the start date and receive a full refund. (Less any processing fees from banking institutions or PAYPAL)

You can reschedule your tour to a new date that suits up to 72 hours before your tour.

If you reschedule an experience, the same polices apply as for general cancellations.

Weather

A-Train makes every effort to continue with tours as scheduled. Should bad weather conditions create an unsafe scenario, we may cancel the outing. Meeting points may alter pending weather conditions.

We will provide a full refund if A-Train has to cancel a tour.

Arriving at your meeting point:

Please be sure to arrive on time or earlier to your designated meeting point. We will allow a 10 minute grace period for late comers, however if you are running later that 10 minutes from the set time, we would appreciate that you text us ASAP and we will give you an alternative address to meet us. FACILITIES:

Most clubs have stairs and limited wheel chair access.

MEDICAL CONCERNS AND SAFETY:

Your safety is your sole responsibility for the duration of our tour and we reserve the right to cancel your evening if a guest should become intoxicated to the point of being a nuisance or a danger to him/herself or others during the tour.

Please be sure to have your travel/health insurance up to date as we take no responsibility for injury during our tour or in transit to and from.
