Brooklyn Jazz Tour
Departure Times: 7.00 - 8.00pm
Cost: From $60 - $95
Brooklyn is the most populated borough of NYC with over 2.3 Million inhabitants. Priced out of Manhattan, Brooklyn has become a haven to the young and the creative: Artists, musicians, actors, designers, and writers are taking up residence in the borough's warehouse districts and historic brownstones. However, many famous jazz artists of the past such as Charles Mingus were born and raised in the heart of Brooklyn. This illustrious past lives on in little clubs and performance spaces spread out over Brooklyn's 71 square mile area. We focus on the neighbourhoods of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Gowanus, and Red Hook where most contemporary jazz musicians reside and perform.
Brooklyn is Manhattan's grittier, more authentic little cousin. Brooklyn's got soul.

Type of venues vary according to the program available.
Brooklyn is more spread out than Manhattan, thus there will be longer Uber or train rides, and more walking involved.
One of our favourite venues has a great food menu and serves excellent drinks. Highly recommended for dinner!
What to bring
